Kids in the Castle was founded by John Cade, a fifth-season Nashville SC season ticket member who saw a problem that he wanted to solve. Within his own family, a few of their season tickets would go unused because of competing school or extracurricular events. Often, they were unable to be sold on the resale market for any meaningful value. While trying to find inspiration with Geodis Park regardless of the highs and lows of the team’s performance, he developed an idea for how to fill seats with fans that just want to have fun. Through the network he had built among other supporters of Nashville SC, he proposed the idea and it was immediately affirmed that this was a worthwhile initiative. Today, John is forging partnerships with local youth organizations to put the unused tickets in the hands of kids. Want to nominate a family or organization for tickets?
